How long is the free trial period?
The free trial period runs for 90 days. After this, the free trial will be over.
What does the trial cover?
- You’ll get your business listed in the Vouchie directory with a gift voucher ready for customers to purchase.
- You’ll be able to redeem gift vouchers online, or with a QR code, by logging into Vouchie with your dedicated vendor account.
- You’ll be able to print voucher reports outlining gift vouchers that have been purchased, redeemed and expired.
Can I use my own gift voucher graphic during the trial period?
During the free trial period we will supply you with our standard voucher template, customised with your business logo.
Once the trial period is over and you have signed up, we can customise your gift voucher using the gift voucher graphic you supply to us. If you don’t have a gift voucher graphic, we can create one for you.
What happens at the end of the trial period?
You will be switched over to a subscription membership, charged either monthly or annually, depending on what you selected on sign up.
The trial is free, so why do you need my credit card details?
At the end of the trial period, your credit card will be debited the subscription amount you specified on sign up.
How do I cancel the trial?
You can opt out at any point during the 90 days by emailing support@vouchie.com.au. Once you cancel your subscription, your business will no longer be listed on the Vouchie directory and customers will no longer be able to purchase gift vouchers.
