Ironbark Hill Brewhouse is the Hunter’s newest Craft beer Brewery, located inside Peter Drayton Wines in Hunter Valley Wine Country. The first beers were brewed in June 2016, and the Brewery was officially opened in April 2017. The Brewpub, in its amazing setting, offers the full range of five core beers, two ciders and several seasonal varieties, all on tap. Whilst visiting, make sure to pull up a chair and enjoy a fresh hand rolled gourmet pizza or a delicious gourmet platter from our Restaurant. A selection of our beers are also available in bottles and growlers to take away.
